Well, I had a pretty busy weekend. NOT intentionally, but I am grateful that I had the energy and ability to make it through...Friday I refereed a high school football game, Saturday I refereed a Junior Varsity high school game in the rain in the morning, then refereed one in the afternoon. Just one setback...afternoon game...almost passed out from dehydration, but my crew knows my situation, and one of my officials ran some water out to me. Then Sunday I operated the clock for 3 Youth football games from 11 - 5. I could have used a day off, but Monday I helped with serving refreshments to the hundreds of firefighters at the funeral in Bloomfield, CT. LOTS of walking! I could NOT have done all of this without Dr. Hayes supplement packets, the wonderful creme, and Juice Plus! Thanks, Doc! Now, today is recupe day.
