Well I have an experience about an academic institution that thinks it is a business. Never do business with Lincoln Labs at MIT in Boston. I got a recruiter to submit me a job position which was accepted by the HR department at Lincoln Labs. The HR attempted to make me an appointment but the first guy named Vlad called. I was only able to do 10 mins of this unscheduled interview with the basis and one question covered in the 10 minute period. I had family business that I forgot to tell Vlad at the beginning of the interview. Five days later a guy named Joel attempted to call me without an appointment and I made an appointment with him for the next day. Well after waiting for 2 hours past the interview time I emailed him. I did not receive a response. Next I followed up with the HR guys to make arrangements for the interview and after five days no arrangements were made. I contacted the recruiter and he in the interview time of 10 minutes it was determined that I had no experience with the pieces of equipment in the fab and my explanation about living in Boston was not good. Wish we would have covered these in my interview; we talked about chemistry for the 10 mins in question. Maybe they need Matt Damon to work at Lincoln Labs
