Well... I have started a juice fast. I have a co-worker who lost a boat load of weight and turned a few things around as related to his health. I started off with fruit juice only and will be starting to add veggies this evening. I have been without solid food for forty eight hours and my mind is a little fuzzy. I updated my weight last night to 217 lbs from 220 last week. This will more than likely turn into a spiritual journey being that I am a spiritual being having a human experience. It is going to take some conversations with God and some may not be real orthodox but they will happen. I have told many of my co workers that I will not allow it to have a negative impact on my leadership and if they notice any changes to please advise me. I will not do something that is going to impact their job satisfaction. I hope to keep you all posted and if you would like to join in please let me know so I can offer encouragement. I have no idea how long this will last because many things will impact it and when it is done it will be done. Peace and Love!
