Well I must say my first ever slow cooker roast has been a success!! Woohoo!! I wasnt a fan of the vegies that swam in the slow cooker with the meat....even after putting them in the oven to crisp up a bit....but other than that it was delishhhh!! Oh.....and there was no chance of perfectly cut up slices of meat cause it just simply fell apart and melted in the mouth!! Proof is in the empty plates of other members of the family!! Thank you to my friends for their tips on cooking a roast in the slow cooker and putting up with my dumb questions....lol
