Well I posted a long list on 9 OClock Somewhere about nasal breathing and the helpful benefits it causes. I do breathing exercises to relieve pain but I did not know this method and information. I found out that breathing and increasing oxygen into your body does help with pain. I was interested in learning that it helps with your pH level to decrease the acid in our system. I liked the part about breathing... to help anxiety attacks. I usually just start singing to take my mind of the attack or stress. This sounds like a much calmer way to deal with it. And not too painfulto anyone in hearing distance. So many of you have different problems to deal with and breaking this post down covers different ailments. On of the posts mentions how helpful this method of breathing is for people with asthma.
