Well I thought we would get 2015 off to a flying start with some - TopicsExpress

Well I thought we would get 2015 off to a flying start with some truly awesome photography of Farnborough frequenters, the Red Arrows. These 2 stunning and unpublished shots were taken yesterday, as they practiced low-level flying in the Mach Loop (also known as the Machynlleth Loop), a series of valleys in east/central Wales. The shots were taken by Oli Starkey who has granted permission for me to share them with you. The team are very busy at the moment while they run through practice drills and I will be bringing you more information on that in the coming weeks. Also Donna Medlock and her son Mike, were overjoyed to win the auction prize of the VIP day at the Scampton Red Arrows base - if you recall we helped the Charlie Grainger Fundraiser community with publicising those tickets - and Donna has very kindly given me an account and photos of what their day entailed, which I will post next time. So just because we wont have the airshow locally THIS year, doesnt mean that you wont get lots of interesting information and news which I hope you all find appealing. Anyway, wishing everybody lots of health and happiness in 2015 and lets just take a few moments to enjoy these 2 stunning photos! ;-)
