Well I was nearly robbed by a well known garage in Gibraltar who wanted £700 to fix my handbrake that failed its M.O.T. When inspected by the garage they said my brake pads and discs needed doing as well which cost me a further £50 for looking at it and £20 to change the rear light bulb. I was then very lucky to bump into my friend and told him about my dilemma as I was thinking of scrapping the car due to the cost of having it repaired. He kindly said he would have look and took my car away to inspect it and it turns out that is was a wire that needed tightening. He then took the car back to the M.O.T centre and it passed lol costing me a total of £120. Thank you to my friend, you know who you are.
