Well, Im back in the hospital yet again... I got labs drawn on Monday morning and then headed to work. I brought comfy pajamas and my laptop along hoping that it would mean I wouldnt need to be readmitted. It didnt work - my creatinine was 1.42 and the team wanted to bring me in again. I managed to put in a full day at work and then came into the hospital. Im making the rounds of the rooms on Baird 6. It was suggested I write reviews about them. The two previous rooms didnt have hot water in the shower; Im not sure yet about this room, but its missing a shower curtain! I head down shortly for a kidney ultrasound. A biopsy is also planned for today, though Im not sure when. They are hoping to figure out exactly what is going on with my kidney. It responded well to the plasmaphersis initially (back to 1.2), but has since flared back up. Im discouraged and beaten down by all these setbacks.
