Well, Im extremely upset..... :-( As my sister has just had a new baby, I ordered some flowers and a balloon to be delivered today, from serenata flowers. The delivery company they use are.... Yodel. I Recieved an email at 3.00pm to say that they have been delivered........ But my brother in law said that nothing as arrived. Plus his neighbours all say that nothing has come to them. Serenata flowers have said it will take 24-48 hours to track and sort it out. The name that signed for the flowers is nothing like Helen Kate and Ian Weekes. Needless to say. Ill NEVER EVER use them again.
