Well Im traumatized, so we are headed to our next stop, and we hear a thump!! What the heck was that? I look in my rear view mirror and dont see anything, so then Edye says omg you ran over a duck... I said there wasnt a duck in the road!! I didnt see anything in the road, Edye says yes you did look at the feathers flying everywhere! So I stop. I tell her to get out... She says no what if its still in our wheel? Then I said well poke it with stick and get it out!! she tells me no Carmen I cant do that!! So I get my butt out and I yell out Holly Cow!! What she says, I said I ran over a chicken... And its still in our wheels!! No way!! Yes and there is guts and feathers all inside the mag... Crap.... So I get back in the car and start to drive away... Edye tells me well we gotta get it out because the next places has chickens and ducks and I dont want her to think we ran over one of hers!!! So I pull over again get out and said your not understand this!! The chicken is stuck in back of the wheel and disc... Get out and help me!! She gets out and just dies laughing... Oh no what are we going to do, well scrape the blood and guts off the rim and we will park where she cant see it! ok but Im not reaching my hand in there, I will tell her when we get there, so we pull up and shes at her gate and all hers dogs go right to our tire!! Shit I say, so he lady tells me to drive slow the dogs are right beside your tire!! Oh geez!!! So we jump out tell the dogs to go away, but thank goodness the chicken fell out on her long driveway! But the feet and feathers were still in the mag... So I told the lady that if she found a chicken it wasnt hers, its the house down the road, I guess it jump out from the tall grass right into our wheel! So said oh dont worry about it they are stupid animals so it was just its time!!! Whew just knew I was going to get the looks... But she was cool about it and alls good... I just hope the guts and feathers and feet get wore off before our next stop!!!
