Well, KJU re-appears with a new hairdo and a cane. Some note he is leaner, but I cant tell. Some say, this discounts Jang Jin-sungs coup hypothesis. But I dont think the outcome negates Jinsung Jangs coup hypothesis. While he did hazard a guess of 5-7 years and his initial reports on the hypethesis surrounding Jang Seong-thaeks execution sounded as if a coup was fait a compli, I suppose he was trying to make a case and promote his hypothesis. However, the recent events and all those involved, took his theory and concretized it to new level in speculating about KJUs long absence, turning Jangs subtle coup into an actual overt coup, which it was not. Does it discredit the hypothesis or should it discredit Jang Jin-sung? Not at all. At worst, it remains a working hypothesis, one that is worth keeping alive (e.g., paying attention to).
