Well...NO chemo today!! Kelseys white blood count is at 419..has to be 500 to get chemo and hemoglobin is at 7.3...which is .3 away from having to have a blood transfusion đ...Dr. H said since Kelsey seemed to be so well she would not transfuse today! Hopefully a week off will help all counts come up on there on!! We have to watch her closely tho! If she gets a temp above 100.4 or extremely fatigue or rapid heart rate...well have to make a trip to hospital to get blood!! We also have to keep her home and away from anyone who may be sick...she is NOT very happy about that! So...Prayer Warriors!! Jus another stumbling block in Kelseys journey!! Big Prayers for counts to go UP and not to get any lower!! If she stays good...she has to be back at Blair E. Batsons Childrens Cancer Clinic next Thursday at 9:30 to check counts and hopefully will receive chemo if counts r high enough! Dr. H did say...she will LOWER the dose of chemo next time in hopes that counts will stabilize!! Thanks to you all for your Prayers and Support!! â¤ď¸we love yall, Bunches!
