Well, Rubys started serial casting today, to last four weeks. Basically they stretch her ankle/calf as far as it will go then cast it like that for six days. Then she gets a bath, and the next day goes back and they do it again. This continues for four weeks in total. Shes had casting unsuccessfully a few times. This time is just to prove that it doesnt work for her. Shes tried Botox, stretching, casting, and day/night braces and none of it is helping her tone. So basically after this, the next step is surgery (tending lengthening, tendon transfers etc). Just letting you all know whats the latest. It kind of sucks, really :(
