Well! Telstra had overcharged me by $120 per month until August when I spotted a mistake. Got that fixed up, then over the weekend got another bill which was charging for a second phone line and a second internet connection that I dont have - a total of $140 extra per month. So they took away $120 and added $140. Rang, explained everything, and was told it would be fixed, now they have disconnected my advertised phone number and left me with the so called temporary number they connected in February in an emergency situation. And the dear little (and I must stress Australian) girl that I rang this afternoon told me that I should be more patient, they had an order in the system to put our advertised number back on. Explained that it was working this morning, not working this afternoon, and she told me that I was not listening to her. It would be fixed when they could! She does not quite know who she is dealing with!
