Well ..That broke up a boring evening. Quick ride in an ambulance, down to the emerg ...after coughing, and feeling a twinge down where the tubes went in for the cardiac catheterisation last week. Id been told to dial 911 if I saw any sign of blood leakage into my thigh near the site. I coughed, felt a twinge, looked down, and did, a couple of hours ago. Doc in the emerg, after an hour or so of keeping an eye out for any evident continuing spread, sent me home. So now ...I continue to wait for the consult re replacing my aortic valve scheduled for July 11. Well see then, perhaps, when theyll cut into me, and what they plan. Pig, or machine ...and when ...and what else. Apparently, more of my heart is feared somewhat weakened by the trip so far.
