Well, Twisted-Tempo HQ (TT7) certainly made an impact! I can honestly say I dont think ive ever had so much fun djing in an empty room! Watching a crowd start to gather from nothing was pretty cool, and it also gave me the opportunity to try out some stuff which ive never done Live! before. Shout out to DJ Analyze (Corey), who stepped up well when I threw him in the deep end for a Off The Cuff #ÐnЯß™ b2b. The reaction to the mashed up sound of Uk Hardcore AND DnB together really seemed to be hitting the spot too which i like! Then later in the night I hit the decks again because there wasnt even a dj playing, and ended up really livening the place up by rocking all 3 decks (one of the worst pair of decks Ive ever played Live! on alongside my Ndx400) without wearing any headphones!! Ive been practicing this for a while now, partly as a little party trick, but mainly because I can stomp harder when Im not chained to the mixer by a headphone cable! So to pull it off Live! was EPIC, and meant I could take full advantage of the JBL Monitors and have a good old stomp in the booth!! Maximum respect goes out to Tom for getting me there and back in one piece, you and a few more of my friends have helped me out getting to my gigs and it will never be forgotten because if it wasnt for you guys I wouldnt be doing this now! Gotta big shout for Daniel, your support over the time ive known you has helped me push my limits even further than usual, and last night showed that. Maximum shout to Ben, Gary, Kallum, and everyone else repping/ attending Twisted Tempo events last night! And of course shout out to Jay Switch, the head honcho.
