Well..... What a Weekend its been. This is my 6th Ever Convention in the 2 years ive been going to them, and the second ever Birmingham Winter MCM Comic Con. And ive got to say that its pretty 50/50 when it comes to overall times ive had. Lets start with the Con organization; Overall, Id say it was pretty well laid out and kept flowing throughout the weekend. My only Problem was the space. Evidently the Saturday was REALLY overcrowded. I was curious as to find that Hall 20 had been used ONLY as an entrance point, despite the fact that it nearly occupied the same space as Halls 6+7 put together. Next year? Please maybe use Hall 20 abit more so that were not all squashed into 3 metre wide gaps that are stuffed with con goers stopping for merch or stopping for Photos or Stopping to check something. Next, Merch. In my opinion, they had a wonderful amount of different Sellers and Artists across the con floor and i was so disappointed not to actually purchase any because of my obligations to other things. Hopefully next time ill be sure to partake of some x3 Thirdly, Meeting New People. This con i think was the BEST one ive had at meeting new people/Those i only knew through Facebook/YouTube. The amount of Affection we all have for sharing an experience like a Con was Wonderful! I thank every single person who was able to find me and take part in my cosplay music video (Which i may edit down to a half song just coz of the mishaps of not finding everyone/making sure people who did get filmed arnt let down) I will credit everyone who wished to be in it just to show my thanks ^^. It was a great ending for the Weekend to see the Masquerade and have one of those friends win it aswell x3.
