Well after 3hrs waiting the iPhone 5 is officially knackered with a hardware fault. £206 to send it to apple! Two rows later trying to get out of my contract without a ridiculous cost imposed no joy, to upgrade early £180 then can review price plan and pay more for a new phone - yeah right not a chuffin chance! £186 to cancel contract with 30 days notice. £40 a month to have a phone sat in a draw for 5 months is not great!!!! Spoke to an apple tech and he was great need to go into store his advice was to ask about trade in value on the two phones and see what I could get!
