Well after 7 months Im finally getting back to work on monday and cant wait to get back into a routine, make full wages and never see another jeremy kyle show from 10 to 11 in the morning ever again lol, need to thank Martin Lennox and the guys at Sgf Gym for helping with my rehab the last 2 months made a big difference in getting me back quicker. Went from squatting 70kg 5 weeks ago, To doing 140kg tonight! couldnt do that before i injured my knee and these guys have me doing it post surgery.
