Well after Ive had time to calm down after tonights loss Im still not ready to dissect the game but there are several positives you can take away from the game... Zach Ertz...FINALLY! It took him/them all season to finally utilize him the right way. It wasnt all his fault all season. Foles and Sanchez werent able to find him open, which he was often throughout the season. Yes, when they he was thrown the ball at times he let some go through his hands. Some were under throw, some over thrown. But ya know what, tonight is the Zach Ertz I and we should look forward to seeing in the future. It was nice to see Sanchez spread the ball around to almost everyone. Of his 374 yards, 115 went to Ertz, 62 went to maclin, 58 went to Matthews, 53 went to Cooper (who also had a pair of the TDs), 43 to Sproles and 28 to Shady and 15 went to Celek on his lone reception....and ya know what, we also learned that Sanchez actually can throw the deep ball (on the final play of the game...ha). Finally, our defense...scratch that...our front 7 continue to kill it. I always say that the score does not always reflect how the defense played. We all know our secondary sucks...or at least 3/4 of them suck...just God awful. But our young guys continue to come into their own...Cox, Kendricks, curry, etc...the entire front 7 have just been in beast mode and have just been killin it! McCoy...McCoy is still dangerous. Did he break the century mark, no, but he had 88 yards and a TD. I think is Eagles fans are just spoiled. Ha. Off the top of my head I think thats it. Ill look at things more closely tomorrow and share my more in depth report on the game but just felt like I/we needed to see some positives written on here... Now, lets watch this Indy/Dallas game and hope for the best... -Alex from Ardmore
