Well after a couple of difficult games Yo Momma has bounced back with a great come from behind win versus Pippen Aint Easy. It was close throughout and was a battle of our skill and veteran savvy vs Pippens footy playing style, we were down about 7 points with 6 minutes to go but some great plays by Dylan, Boodsie and Ray enabled us to come back to within one point with a little over a minute to play. The Pippens tried to do the last minute footy keepoff and kill the game but Shanus had other ideas and fouled them with deadly intentions. They missed a layup attempt off the inbounds pass and we got the rebound, boodsie was able to find me (cully) cherry picking down the other end and despite me missing a few layups on the night I was able to get the shot up and in and also draw the foul which put us ahead by 1pt with a free throw to come and only 5 seconds on the clock! The game ended and I was able to hit the free-throw so we ended up scoring the win 28-26, great effort from everyone! In other news around the league some results have gone our way with beginners luck narrowly defeating the Thunda and also the top 2 teams playing each other which h has seen our win catapult us into 3rd on the ladder!
