Well, after a good 10 days our Ecuador Everest Training course - TopicsExpress

Well, after a good 10 days our Ecuador Everest Training course came to a end. On our final day Chimu needed to create a tour plan with our time for climbing Cotopaxi and the descending time as well. Included recognition of risks according to current mountain conditions, discuss climbers expectations and gear. His time plan needed to summit 5hr and 2:30 to descend. We started at 0:55am of the 10 Dec, under fair weather for the parking lot of Cotopaxi at the elevation of 4,600m. Our team took 5:15hrs to reach the summit of Cotopaxi 5,897m. and 2:23 descending included all our rest stops and our wonderful summit hugs. For his first time making a tour plan missing the timing by 8 minutes it is amazing. I have to said that he pass the test with flying colors. Included on our summit was Angelo our Driver that despite living at the base of Cotopaxi had never summited. His brother Nicolas one of the best Mountain Guide of Ecuador and an incredible gifted athlete was our four member of the team making a wonderful summit experience, Thanks to you all! Chimu all the best on your Everest climb! Angelo I will see you in Feb and the next mountain will be Chimborazo. Nicolas thank you, lest plan on that project for the Nov 2015, I will say that will fulfilled perfectly the concept of Pursuing The Art Of Suffering And not the least Thank You! Cotopaxi to aloud us for a brief moment stand or you Summit and off course to the wonderful people of Ecuador.
