Well, after the big meeting and examination by the Cardiac surgeons, my own Cardiologist and three Cardiac nurses who wanted to see my big bulge and were disappointed when it turned out to be my AICD unit (lol), the decision was made to proceed with the surgery. The surgeons want me to have it done at UMass Medical Center where I will have the best surgeon possible who is an expert in this type of surgery.
