Well another day done and another begins :O Has some of you know that I am having a problem with someone being here let alone call to let me know what is going on and who is coming >:O I was so pissed and sore that D made a phone call and get into it for the way it sounded that I was just to picky with some of the home care aids that we would have enough to cover the no calls no show >:O Well lets see to picky ok like when someone grabbed Moms legs so hard and made her scream and cry that it hard then yes out the door, >:O and then I called about it and these female is still working there :/ When I have someone sitting on their ass on the phone while Moms head was in between the rails and her head was ending the hospital table and she could even eat and she was crying >:O Yes out the door :/ When someone comes in and doesnt know what is needed and then has Mom in her lift sling and cant get Mom in the doorway and hits her (Mom) hand so hard it stays blooding and running down the fame of the doorway and leaves it and then doesnt even tell me >:O Yes out the door :/ When someone comes in and doesnt clean Mom up and leaves her dirty for Mom is wasting her time for she wants to go >:O Then out the door :/ Each time I would call Id tell them way and today I was told no I didnt for they would of talked to them and then that is that >:O Same one no call no show and then I was told no not all the time and this is one of the ones that is so in the hurry that she steps on Moms foot twice and left a little bruise on her foot and it hurts >:O Then stay out >:O I had giving them a copy of my Doctors note thatI cant lift 5lbs and or take care of Mom like rolling her to clean her up, or use the pump up lift to get her in and out of bed or/and chair and still no calls no show like the weekend mainly >:O This is being picky they say >:O and to really and I mean really PISS ME OFF they told me then my best bet it to just put her in a Nursing Home OMG There went the roof >:O OMG really I am still in pissed off for I got them in here to take care of Mom and that is their job 6 hours a day once is getting her up 2nd time afternoon so she can sit out in the kitchen for something different and snack and visit and take care off what ever needs to be done for her >:O 3rd time dinner and then see what time it is and put her to bed before they leave >:O So here I sit thinking about everything that is coming up for me and then Dad to and I have to deal with this shit >:O Well if this is picky then so be it for it is my Mom and she took care of me like a Mom and I am going to give that back to her the best way i can and it is not in a Dam Nursing Home >:O This is way they are in here to do what I cant any more for I can hardly move and need to shop in a motor cart for the long walk I cant do any more and elbow well we dont even want to know >:O So came Mon.. before I go to my MRI I am going to call Moms caseworker and see what can be done for I am not going to stay with a company that treats people like that and says what they do to people that is trying to get someone in here to take care of Mom >:O They have not heard the end of me for I will burn their asses for it is not right at all >:O or and I think it is funny that they are all best buddies in the office and if you talk shit about one then look out for the others for they will get you >:O not all but some >:O Well thank you for the vent and so so long but i had to get it out and let you all know what picky is for taking care of your folks with a company that some of them dont care >:O Until net time God Bless and Take Care
