Well as many of you have heard I didnt receive good news last week at my Dr appt at Moffitt Cancer Center.. I have a few new tumors and they want to do an MRI on my brain next wed because they think they may have seen an Area of Interest in my brain. I am beginning to notice the effects the tumors in my lungs are having.. My power and lung capacity have begun to lessen. As the tumors grow my ability to sing will get less and less. I truly wish I had many years left to sing and entertain but the reality is that my time is drawing to an end..... It is my goal to approach this year as if it were my last.. I intend to play as many shows as I physically can.. I also hope to record a CD to have a permanent reminder of my music... This is not me throwing in the towel.. This is just preparation for what will inevitably happen... I am very blessed to have so many people that have shown their love and concern for me and my family... If I died tomorrow,I would consider myself very blessed to have known so many wonderful people.. I am proud that 99% of the people that know me would NOT have anything negative to say about me... I have tried to live my life in as Christ like a manner as I possibly could.. And I hope that my constant lecturing on Melanoma has made an impact in as many lives as possible...
