Well as promised here is the update have not heard a peep from Mr Ian Gillispe, so not sure if I should count on the refund they promised either, apparently the staff member was spoken to about telling me Mr Gillispe does not talk to people it must be a secret that only the inner circle of RACQ know ooops. Anyway lots of pretty flowery words and we are going to fix this thank you for bringing to our attention we really appreciate members feedback, but not a lot of substance from RACQ at the moment. Well Mr Gillispe if you dont want a private conversation and would rather I ask my questions in a public forum then I have no issues with that, I will come to the AGM and ask why you do not talk to members why you would choose to talk to staff who advise members of this fact and why members should continue paying you if you are not prepared to talk to us, I for one see no value in a CEO who lacks the basic communications skills to talk to members.
