Well as some of you know, I have been working on making my own cook book simply by taking photos then writing down the recipes after dinner as I often found people were asking me for the recipes to the pictures I added. So it seems to be coming along nicely and here is a snippet of a couple of recipes. The idea came about when my grandfather passed away mid this year & seeing my mum so sad was hard , in fact the thought of living so far away from her to be there for her was very hard. so I came up with the idea to make her own personalized recipe cook book just for her including recipes from my late grandmother and poppa. All of the recipes have quirky jokes and are suited just for mum, not that she cant cook she LOVES cook books so what not better way, in fact 90% of my cooking is simply from watching mum cook. Shes my major inspiration in life and having her is a blessing I love her very much. As the book progressed, a few people have pre - ordered their book from me which I am stoked, and mums fine with that I can share my book with others as well as her! So by mid next year it should be ready!! My goal IS achievable and Im so happy with work that Ive put into it when I can. - therefore Im happy to share with everyone so far what Ive been doing. Its bloody hard work making a cook book might I add, but the end result will be spectacular!
