Well, babys Red Blood Cells are still abnormally small. :-( His hemoglobin is 11.6 which when we started 5 months ago it was 8.2 (very grateful for improvement there!) We have another series of medicine a new/different Rx for the next 2 months and after that we will get a full diagnosis for a specific Thalassemia and treatment options if still no improvement for his Red Blood cells. *sigh* This is difficult for me today as his mommy because I have tried my very best for Jordan (& his brothers) nutritionally breast milk is best milk they say. But it didnt really help this time though, this is genetic. Feeling kinda defeated. But God is still good and in complete control. Keep my munchkin in prayer please...(and me too)
