Well, back to NOT being happy with Home Depot, their choice of servicing agent, CitiBank, sucks!!! I had the displeasure to spend over an hour speaking with 6 count them SIX different people this morning about my account. The probate side says no problem, your account was closed erroneously, have customer service restore to prior status. GREAT!! So customer services sends me back to probate, then I go back and forth for various reasons, at last get a supervisor in CS who says no the account should have been closed. This is a JOINT account, just because my Dad passed should mean it should convert to me. What kind of stupidity is going on over there? They have now STOLEN over 13 years of good credit from my report when Im having to move because BBT says I cant afford my home. Im all good with the move, but alittle help here??? :)
