Well, being as I tried the wire wheel, sander, wire brush, Child Labor, and all seemed to go to slow... and tedious... I decided on science and time for the rust removal... here are the specifics if your interested... Except for cleaning soda you probably have everything around the house you need to perform this type of easy rust removal... 1. Plastic Trash Can 2. Car Battery Charger 3. cheap steel even coat hangers work (rebar is perfect) 4. Jumper Cables 5. Garden Hose and water 6. 1 box of Washing soda... I think arm and hammer is about the only one left making the stuff (1tbsp per gallon... just guess) More Pictures to follow... this part was a challenge... that stuff is heavy and big... and a big enough tub... the nice part... it cleans every nook and cranny... even hidden rust...
