Well...call it fate...or a higher being speaking to me...But working in the area of emergency medicine for the last year has made me realize more than ever..the way to quality of life DOES NOT lie in modern medicine...it is hugely dependant on your lifestyle choices.....just as I have always believed and preached. This being said...I chose emergency medicine in hopes of making a difference in peoples lives...I now know, I am better able to make that difference as a wellness coach.... I am remaining in emergency medicine...(it allows me to get on my pulpit and preach the gospel of health)...but have decided to begin my Lifestyle Empowerment Program again. This program will include training towards each individuals goal..ie weight loss, toning, 5k...marathon...but also nutritional guidance (simplified)...and daily 24/7 accessability and encouragement.
