Well, darn it. Remember that Beat the Trainer challenge I was telling you about at my gym? Todays challenge was to do 60 sit-ups or more (hands crossed over chest, elbows touching knees) in 2 minutes. I honestly thought this was going to be easy for me...I only got 51! Im kind of surprised I wasnt able to get this since I feel like my abs are one of my stronger muscles. Can you do 60 sit ups in two minutes (females)? Id love it if you challenged yourself to do this today and let me know your results!
