Well done Scott Morrison and staff. Gillian Triggs, the president of the Human Rights Commission, was shown up to be a liar today or a partisan observer. She said she visited Christmas Island detention centre 3 times and saw armed guards at the detention centre. One problem. There are NO armed guards at Christmas Island detention centre. So was she lying? Is she a poor observer? Or is she sooooooooooooo blinded by partisan politics she imagines she see things? Not one word from Triggs and the Human rights Commission when these children arrived during the Labor government. No complaint to their treatment which was worse than it is today as they had no schooling and effective policy in place. Gillian Triggs is being political.
