Well done to Dallas Barnhill (Trainer) at Carosue Dam on winning the Employee of the Month award for October 2013 for his: - proactive approach to reviewing and developing new procedures for the BMS; - positive approach to delivering his training; and - focus on safety and doing the right thing. Dallas has also provided some flexibility for ROG and our Client at CDO, in that he has been able to fill drilling roles as and when required.
