Well done with the slalom yesterday. Fastest Male: Charlie Allum (22.44) Fastest Female: Shane Machon (21.88) (But really) Fastest Female: Kira Travers (28.37) and fastest Male Shane. Fastest 50+: Stuart Dibble (48.71) Fastest 40-50: Brian Machon (29.21) Fastest 20-30: Luke Machon (22.78) Fasest 15-20: Shane Machon Fastest 10-15: Dan Gleeson (24.31) Fastest 0-10: Logan Dibble (28.73) I also have data for who was the fastest out of each level but it would just give Charlie and Sven big heads. The world record for males is 18.53 and female is 19.27. So everyone has something to aim for now. The next thing tested is going to be still stands. Still stands are when you stand still (duh) without idling. You need to use your arms and hips and trunk to try and balance. I have linked a youtube video so you can check out an 18 minute still stand. Everyone should get practicing. Note. For the test you do not have to do it on top of a beam 1m in the air, unless you are Mike.
