Well found to have breached the councils code of conduct on two - TopicsExpress

Well found to have breached the councils code of conduct on two occasions. 1) For taking on a plight on behalf of the blue badge holders of bangor and all the visiting blue badge holders to keep the high street access open till 11am, by means of posting a video recording on my Facebook site. & 2) For telling a bailiff who threatened to damage my vehicle that Id stick his toe rope round his neck if he touched my car. The end of the day the vehicle was parked on private property not my fault he got blocked in, and no need to threaten me in the first instance. For this the sanctions imposed on me were. 2 months suspension and further training on code of conduct. Well now its my turn to let people know what happened. Yes I was involved in the traffic warden incident, apparently the incident has left her distraught, vulnerable and everything else, for those that know the person she is the lady that quiet happily goes round town chatting away, with no car in the world. The video was posted on my official page by me not by anyone else. I posted it and took on my own mission to fight gwynedds rubbish decision on high street access times and poor parking for disabled persons. Then I get a have a go bailiff giving it large at my office because a vehicle has blocked him in and when I mean blocked him in I mean by a matter of few feet. He threatens to smash the window of the caramel drag it out if we dont move it yet the driver of the car had gone away with the keys and we didnt have a spare set. He recorded me on his CCTV camera and complained to council that I threatened him. Now whats going to happen... I am going to appeal the decision of the standards committee, I will show you the members of public what really goes on with some top quality footage etc until they realise that I wont be bullied.....
