Well, guess I just got elected by the East Central Board of Realtors, previously Flint Area Association of Realtors to be President in 2016. President Elect in 2015. Having been serving on the board for the last 4 years, its been an enjoyable experience with all the other designated brokers and associate Realtor members. With our son Scott studying at Kettering University, we are now empty nesters have of the year while Scott is school. After 34 years of real estate sales, construction and brokerage management we have gained quite a bit of knowledge and experience in many different categories of real estate activities, from development of residential subdivisions, condominiums, office parks, mini storage, apartments, office and medical office sales and construction. Our marketing of homes for government divisions of HUD, Fannie Mae and other 3rd party vendors has gained us a tremendous amount of knowledge with our how our countrys leaders are changing the real estate industry and financing of homes in the coming year. There is little we havent experienced personally or have been involved in regarding residential and commercial real estate marketing, sales and development.
