Well guess what family and friends, finished Food Production 2 this passed Thursday. For our final we had a written exam of fifty questions and we had to cook and serve food to the professors and teachers from the college. It went very well and we were told by a couple of the teachers there that all the food was great and praised us for the job that was done. When I asked the Chef at the end when we would find out about our final grade, was told that they would be posted by the end of next week. But told me in private that I had nothing to worry about. So I am taking that for what its worth, another passed class. That makes four classes done and passed. I have six more to go, once done I will be on my way to my ultimate goal. Which is to become a Private, Personal Chef. Thanks to my wonderful wife for all the support, I could not have done it without you.
