Well have spent the day working on Moms Medicaid. Never seen such a poorly run place. They shut her off in May and when I complained to the governors office they sent me a redetermination form which I filled out and sent back. In june I got in contact with someone at DHS who gave me an email and said to send them the information along with the case number. Yesterday I sent another email saying what happened. Well they didnt receive my redetermination form and they were so sorry my email slipped through the cracks. Now that a new fiscal year has begun I will need to file a new claim. So I was on the phone and had help filling out the two forms, one 17 pages and the other 6. I was told that they would call me back with the proper fax number. I was given two phone number one a direct line to the boss. That was four hours ago and I have heard nothing. So I tried to call them. OH!! here we go again the non answered voicemail for both numbers. The only way I got through this morning was to start out at the governors office and she transferred me to the right person. Funny the governors office got right to the person No recording and I bet they would have answered that message. They sure dont anyone elses!! I am really fed up.
