Well hello everyone. It has been harder to post and give/get information. I can tell you that we are good and our home is still standing. I went up there twice today. This experience has been rough, Im not going to lie. We had no advance notice but Im thankful I was listening to my gut and was somewhat prepared. Regardless, you will never be ready for this kind of thing. I have wonderful family that is helping us out but I just want to be in my own home, near the many neighbors sharing this same awful experience. My community has been awesome and it just affirms why I live there. Anyway, Im rambling. The fire up the road from me is being managed and Im told it has been kept to under 50 acres. It is not out but they have a good handle on it. I am also under the impression that none of my neighbors have lost their home. Thank you everyone for your kind words and concern.
