Well here I am again struggling with nasty migraines... Causing me to be blacked out for the majority of the day.. Do not like the fact I cannot stay alert when they are so severe very frustrating to me... Most do not understand but when you have worked from the age 17 to 41 non stop and then suffer a life altering career ending disability it is just aggravating as heck sometimes to sit and reflect.. Most do not understand with my PCS/PTSD I am stuck in my past and live day to day... The future for me is not what I make it because I cannot plan what I cannot vision... But this is why I go to counseling to hopefully regain or learn how to be proactive towards a future... All I need now is a way to regulate these migraines going on 3 years everyday all day long nonstop very tiring physically and mentally... But never give up push forward strive for recovery baby steps either way you look at it I am still walking forward... My heart goes out to each and everyone of you that suffer what I go through or share this disorder I hope you find peace...
