Well, here I am, tagged by fate. Well, most specifically, by Chris Darril. Thanks you scoundrel! =P Heres my top five favorite TV shows: 1. Breaking Bad Breaking Bads one of the most well done series Ive ever seen. What some may consider filler, is actually excellent writing, and you even end up caring about the bad guys. To top if off, Bryan Cranston really rocks his role as Mr. White. What else is there to say? Cant wait for the spin-off series, starring Saul... 2. Batman: The Animated Series The cartoon show that rocked everyones socks off. Thanks to the masterful writing of Paul Dini (for most episodes), the dark and gritty art style (this cartoon was the first one to use the black paper technique) and the now legendary voice acting of Kevin Conroy, this TV show never gets old. Hell, thats how I discovered Batman in the first place, when I was a kid! 3. Buffy The Vampire Slayer Yeah, Buffy was the stuff back in the days. The show might have got old nowadays, but let me tell you, it was quite the sensation back then. Joss Whedons funny and captivating writing style turned this show into à 90s cult. Action, humour, supernatural elements... Buffy got it all in one pack!... plus I had the hots for Sarah Michelle Gellar as a kid. uh. 4. The Sopranos Not much to say about this one... Amazing writing, and every character (even when they are over-caricatured) is appealing. Also, the fact that is revolves around Sicilian/Italian mafia in general always amused me. 5. Twin Peaks David Lynchs most brilliant piece, at least to me. If theres one show you absolutely have to watch, this is the one. Every second of it is so eerie, and every piece of the puzzle fits in place in the end.
