Well here I sit. Naked at my table with the laptop blaring out Pocos Rose of Cimarron while mentally gathering items for my road trip. The Subaru has new Hancooks, an oil change, brand new water pump, and all new belts as she begins her 2nd hundred thousand miles. She is 90% detailed and 25% packed for the trip. I have little piles everywhere of stuff to take for the journey. Dont know the exact itinerary we will take. I will head for the upper Peninsula with my intention set for getting to Sault St. Marie and the mighty Soo Locks. From there it is on to Tahquamenon Falls, Little Two Hearted River, Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, and then on the Porcupine Mountains. We will see how Chrissy and I fare and reevaluate when we get there on what comes next. When money is not the main consideration or concern in your decision-making everything gets a littler clearer. Not easier! CLEARER!
