Well here is the verdict! My unstable sugar levels have caused my doctor to say no knee operation. The risk is far greater than the reason. My life has had a few twists and turns and I have rose above all things. But now it is time to realise that I cannot go on the way I am with my eating disorder. I gave up smokes on the 19th day of September 2013 (something a few thought I would never do). Well now is my next biggest step and that is to weigh 100kgs. I have 56 kgs to go and I need everyones help. When I went through milestones with my smoking, hundreds and I mean hundreds lent me your support, well I need you all again. Today, November 21, 2014 is the start. Today is the start of Plan B, the first day of a new me. Wish me well and follow my progress. See you when I crack the ton. Love to you all.
