Well here they are by popular demand, the photos of the Equine Fusion hoof boots after 500 miles! Still more miles left in them. On the sunday of the Funamble we ended up ploughing through 10 inches of mud in places, which obviously went over the top of the boots and after 14 miles that day he developed 2 small rubs which were about 0.5 cm tops in size. I strapped with kineseology tape as advised by an Endurance expert and the rubs were better by the end of the week. Dont forget we wore these boots for 7 days on the trot in wet/dry/muddy conditions for 10 hours a day and they never came off or even looked like they would. Would I recommend them? Without a backwards glance. Felledge Scotchs feet remain completely intact after 100 miles in 7 days.
