Well, heres my analysis of the 3-1 away loss to Napoli. HIGHLIGHTS: -Adel Taarabt. The kid was brilliant, scoring on his debut for the club. Throughout the entire match he kept Napolis defence on their toes. He did have a couple of interesting shots but today he undoubtedly proved his worth. -Adil Rami. Very good day at the office for him. Only made a few mistakes, but none were serious or led to goals. -Christian Abbiati. Despite his age, he made numerous stops and kept Milan in the game. None of the three goals were his fault and he couldnt do much. His clearance when he came out of the box to challenge Higuain in the second half was brilliant. -Giampaolo Pazzini. As soon as he came on, he made an immediate impact. He performed far better than Balotelli did and was unlucky not to score. -Riccardo Montolivo. The playmaker had excellent passes when he came on but failed to change the game. Good display from the captain though! WEAKNESSES: -Philippe Mexes. Terrible defensive performance by the Frenchman who failed to mark Higuain adequately. -Mario Balotelli. Open goal mistake, losing the ball and not having an impact at all in the offense left Balotelli crying on the bench as he was subbed off from his possibly worst performance in an AC Milan shirt. -Robinho. Must I say more? Another one of his bad performances that leave us wondering why hes still playing for Milan. -Ignazio Abate. Obviously, his initial placement as a right winger didnt work out for him. A very mediocre game for the usual right back.
