Well....heres what I have so far...on arrival: Sedatives provided, temp normal, gut sounds normal, rectal done- cowpie present. BAD Tyson. :/ Follow up thus far: Tubed with Biosponge and meds for GI tract ulcers. Ultrasound showed no unusual abnormalities so far. Before tubing Tyson was acting really colicy and uncomfortable...after was calmer. Given a flake of hay and he dove right in. Will monitor for new symptoms but especially for possible Potomac Horse Fever due to time of year...just in case. Will update you as I get info.
