Well....hmmmm, what do I say? Little Bonnie Westie is the devil to Little Bonnie Scotties angel! We went to the STL Symphonys fundraiser last night with my smart friend, Julie. Had a nice dinner, then had great seats at Powell Hall where John said he saw the best performance of his life - mine too. Then we came home and got everyone taken care of/ready for bed. The Bonnies stayed in separate kennels in the bedroom with us because they were not liking being in a different room at night. Then around 0130, Bonnie Westie Devil Dog started whining. Took her out - nothing...except a game that included her running in the dog door and me carrying her back out a few times. Then we went back to bed. She started whining again before too long, so I took her out again, on a leash - which she doesnt and didnt like. She did nothing. So I dropped the leash, she ran back in the dog door. I DRAGGED her out again....nothing. I dropped the leash. SHe ran back in the dog door. Then she squatted and peed. Grrr. I scolded her and put her back in her kennel while I grumbled, this ends tonight. She ignored me I think. THen this morning I woke with a new attitude (NOT) and made the best of it, took everyone out and everyone pottied and pooped, and came back inside. I made Sunday Breakfast with a good amount of raw liver for everyone. Once the pandemonium let up a bit - I got the Bonnies in their crates to eat and fed everyone else. DOesnt it just figure that BWDD doesnt like liver. SOOOO, I took it out and ignored the pack of dogs who DID want it.....got her something else....got everyone else outside as she ate, went to let her out to find she picked out the premium food and left the kibble, got her out to the yard with everyone else and started playing the dog door game with her again. I will have a harsh word with John for teaching this little rascal the dog door so quickly.....oh wait, that was me. Shes settled down, next to me on my chair now - Watsons spot - so Watsons whining.
