Well i tell you what , i got in from my lil walk i take every night and i sure had hell of a headache and had one most of the day ,took couple asprins and started playing my guitar and dang if headache didnt come right back , that was around 2am this morning well im takin a lil break right now and though i sure am hungry ,and then it dawned on me i havent even eatin a bite all day ....i mean im not trying to be fat or anythang but it really pissed me off i forgot to eat all day......i thought i was lookin lil then under the skin today...... so had sandwhich and already feel lil better but i was dam sure struggling to get that 16 mile walk behind me tonight .......thats aweful when fella forgets to look after himself ,im really feeling lil irresponsible now.....
