Well it is a cold day out there and it doesnt look like its going to get warm soon. We will be making ice locally so if you like ice fishing and hate traveling nows your time. We have lots of ice gear in stock so dont wait too long till the ice starts to melt again. 50 Point and the beacon are usual haunts for ice fishing but Martin dale pond , the grand river, St Catherines marina and even Jordan harbor are Ice fished as well. As always thought be sure to check for safe ice, all ways carry ice picks and if you have a float suit it would be a good idea to wear it. If you dont have a float suit I would bring a life jacket and a throw rope just to be safe. Have a great day all. Stay warm.
